[Candle Cup] Fatima Virgin Mary – gratitude to our dear Sr Esther

由靈火天地主辦的 2015 聖像畫工作坊，令我有幸再見到從英國遠道而來的本篤會Turvey Abbey修女聖像畫專家Sr Esther (她也是英國聖像畫家協會的聯合創辦人)。由上年初次見面，到這一年再收到她一連五天不斷給予的肯定+鼓勵，對於未來藝術的方向，又清晰了。

更感榮幸受到Sr Esther 的香港助手 Marina Carmel Cindy 邀請，製作紀念品給修女 。從 Cindy 得知修女跟花地瑪聖母很有緣份，所以我們以加州荷理活北 Saint Charles Church 教堂內的玻璃畫製作了祈禱一對蠟蠋杯送予 Sr Esther，繼續為一眾參加聖像畫工作坊的同學們、聖像畫家和修女的聖像畫工作上的事奉祈禱。

*知道Sr Esther 收到第一隻後立即用了，我真的很興奮，能在親手做的工藝品，賦予祈禱，有莫名其妙的感動和感恩。

So much blessed to see Sr Esther again! (co-founder of British Association of Iconographers) She came all the way from the Turvey Abbey, UK for 2015 Iconography Workshop which was held by Bonfire World in Xavier House, Cheung Chau this year. Sr Esther gave me a lot of encouragement and recognition that helps me with a clearer vision of my future art direction.

I feel so much honored to receive the invitation of Cindy – Sr Esther’s Assistant in Hong Kong to prepare a souvenir to Sister. Cindy share us that Sister likes Fatima Virgin Mary, thus, we made a pair of prayer candle cups for Sister with the icon stained glass window image in the Eucharistic Chapel of Saint Charles Church in North Hollywood. May we offer our prayers to all students of the iconography workshop, iconographers and Sister Esther‘s ministries in icons.

* So excited to know Sr Esther used the candle cup right after she received the first one. I feel so blessed and thankful for the crafts being endued with prayers.

[ Salute! Captain ] Making of the special ordered shoe bag...

Captain Kevin is the Best Captain ever!

belenation received 2 orders within 12 hours for the same person, that's incredible. And this also proves that how much his colleagues love him.

So this is the first gift ordered by two lovely friends - J & B ... they know that Kevin loves doing gym and would like to make him a customized shoe bag.

We combined different kind of medium and crafting techniques to make this order real!

Time consuming but worth the efforts! :D
